I can't even begin to explain how amazing she is! She was able to work in my budget but still give above and beyond service! I have 2 dogs -- a husky and a corgi. They're both double coated and leave TONS of hair. It's impossible to keep up cleaning due to mine and my husbands work schedule. I've used them twice and both times they made my house look the way it was when I bought it (we bought a brand new model home). I've used other cleaning services in the past, but none of them compare to Shae!
She was also able to book us in last minute (literally the day before!) and was very responsive via text. They're very nice and personable, and very trustworthy. Although I didn't use them this time for laundry services, she did months worth of laundry for me the first time (cleaned and folded) and it was sooooooo worth every penny!!! Let this be the last cleaning service you ever use!

Kater Kleaning is awesome at what they do. Shay knows how to clean. She knows what is needed to clean. She removes stains, grease build up, hard water spots and more. She enjoys her work.

We hired Shae and her fantastic team to deep clean our rental property after the previous tenants moved out, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The house was in rough condition, but their thorough cleaning made a huge difference. They covered every corner, from the windows to the carpets and even the insides of the cabinets. By the time they were done, it felt like a brand new place!
They did an outstanding job with windows and screens, eliminating all the dust and dirt. Shae's team didn't miss a beat; their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and disinfected, and the kitchen looked brand new. Our space has never felt this immaculate-it shines like it just came off the showroom floor! They took the time to tackle every little detail, removing spots on the cupboards and stubborn stains.
On top of their fantastic cleaning skills, Shae and her team are genuinely great communicators. They were always responsive to our needs and concerns, and their pricing was affordable. Their hard work left our property in pristine condition, with every inch spotless, a testament to their commitment to quality. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again-my experience was absolutely outstanding! I've already recommended Shae to my friends!

Great job very professional and very friendly I will definitely keep their Services for the future and recommend them to my friends and family!

Fantastic job! Shawntae was attentive and went well above and beyond in finding solutions to some tough problems I had. The tile came out great and I've never seen my kitchen look so nice. Highly recommended

I called Shawntae needing short notice move out cleaning, and let me tell you I asked for the works! Walls, baseboards, carpets etc...she busted her butt getting the house clean and when I say sparkling I mean sparkling. She did an amazing job! Shawntae, is one of the most professional, hard working, and kindest people I've ever met! She really did go above and beyond. I will be recommending her to every one I know!
